Electrostatic powder coating can give an aesthetically pleasing, durable finish and can be used on steel, galvanised aluminium and many other substrates. There are a number of various coatings avilable to suit all applications:
Epoxy polyester powder coating
Suitable for internal use where UV resistance is not needed.
Polyester powder coating
More suited for external use (eg cladding, fencing, etc)
Nylon/Nylon modified coatings
Nylon and Nylon modified coatings are appropriate for impact resistance, general chemical resistance as well as oils and solvents, etc.
Cromadex Extra Life
Epping Industrial Coatings also offer the Cromadex Extra Life product range. In a moderate external environment, a typical duration can last up to 16 years.

blast-cleaned substrate is an ideal base to accept coating systems: Our
'extra life' package, which includes Interpon PZ770 anti-corrosive
powder coat primer (with Interpon 610 or D rated polyester powder coat)
or a zinc spray you can be assured that you have an excellent
anto-corrosion barrier.
Wet Paintings
We offer a range of wet paint systems to suit all environments. These systems include:
Single Pack and 2 pack paint systems
Formulated to have outstanding durability outdoors, along with colour retention and a good gloss, ideal for both interior and exterior.
Stove enamelling
This particular process involves the spraying of special stove enamelling paint onto an object. This object is then placed in an oven and heated to a specified temperature for a specific amount of time. The fast curing method allows stoving paint to be applied in a thick coating to achieve a durable high gloss and aesthetically pleasing finish.
