Smaller batch oven
We can pre-treat using various primers (powder and wet) and iron phsphate to M.O.D. standards in our pre-treatment wash plant.
We can spray and coat up to 6.4 metres long on our heavy duty conveyored line.
Equipment
Our plant is fully up to date and the spray equipment is of the highest quality.In order to ensure that all our machinery runs efficiently, our ovens are maintained regularly and calibrated on a 6 monthly cycle. Furthermore, our ITW-GEMA spray equipment are cleaned and tested on a weekly basis
Quality Control
Epping Industrial Coatings does have a full quality system in place. Our staff make regular inspections throughout each stage finishing process. Adhesion, thickness and packing is checked and if they fail to meet standards, will not be sent out.Shot Blasting
We offer a shot blasting service as well.
